LOTTE Chilsung Beverage announced on the 14th that it has changed the package design of 'Pepsi Zero (0) Sugar Lime Flavor Caffeine-Free.'
The new package design changed the original black color, which symbolizes Pepsi Zero Sugar, to gold. LOTTE Chilsung Beverage noted that the top of the product features the words 'Caffeine-Free' in English, expressed in gold on a black border to enhance its distinctiveness.
Additionally, the color of the cap on the 500ml PET product has been changed from lime to black for easier identification.
The updated Pepsi Zero Sugar Lime Flavor Caffeine-Free package will be applied to all products, including 210ml, 355ml cans, and 500ml PET bottles. The new products will be available sequentially at large supermarkets and convenience stores nationwide starting in mid-February.
Launched in January 2021, 'Pepsi Zero Sugar' has become a popular product, surpassing cumulative sales of approximately 1.7 billion cans (based on a 250ml can equivalent, as of the end of December 2024) within four years of its release.
As consumer demand for zero-calorie carbonated beverages has steadily increased, LOTTE Chilsung Beverage released Pepsi Zero Sugar Pineapple Flavor and Pepsi Zero Sugar Lime Flavor Caffeine-Free one after the other last year.
A representative from LOTTE Chilsung Beverage said, 'We plan to conduct various marketing activities to enhance brand awareness with the new design.'
