Revenue decreased by 4.4% compared to the previous year, and the annual operating loss was reduced by 71.5 billion won. The net income for the period was 73.24 million won, marking a return to profit for the first time in six years since the third quarter of 2019.
This reflects efforts to improve the company’s structure, including streamlining its inefficient restaurant business and restructuring its product portfolio. NAMYANG DAIRY PRODUCTS had its largest shareholder shift to private equity firm Hahn & Company at the end of January last year.
