AU BRANDZ operates the fashion brand "Rockfish Weatherwear" and has rebranded its existing functional rain boots brand "Rockfish" to Rockfish Weatherwear.
AU BRANDZ is pushing to become a global brand house through the expansion of the Rockfish Weatherwear product category, the full-scale entry into the global market, the discovery of new brands, and rebuilding.
The number of shares offered in the public offering is 2 million, with the desired public offering price set between 14,000 won and 16,000 won. The offering size is between 28 billion won and 32 billion won. The expected market capitalization after listing is between 198.2 billion won and 226.6 billion won.
Demand forecasting will take place from Feb. 27 to Mar. 6, with general subscription scheduled for Mar. 12 to 13. The listing aims for March, with Korea Investment & Securities as the lead underwriter.
