Yogiyo has acquired the comprehensive travel agency Online Tour.
Yogiyo noted on the 23rd that it is integrating the Online Tour, in which it invested in 2021, as a subsidiary to enhance synergy between the two companies.
Online Tour is a travel agency specializing in overseas travel, established in 2000. It supplies services such as package trips, corporations group services, and local tours, centering around a real-time flight search engine and reservation system.
Yogiyo believes that Online Tour's operational know-how and network will synergize with Yogiyo's outbound (overseas travel) expansion.
Jung Myung-hoon, CEO of Yogiyo Company, said, "Online Tour is a solid comprehensive travel agency that has developed and supplied overseas travel products that meet the continuously changing travel trends over the past 25 years," adding, "By combining our strengths, the two companies will focus on further improving service quality to diversify consumers' domestic and international travel experiences."
