The admin system is a platform that systematically manages the entire process from planning to broadcasting mobile live commerce using administrator accounts. Until now, the admin system could be accessed without distinguishing administrator privileges, making it difficult to provide system metrics during live broadcasts.
CJ OnStyle has developed proprietary IT technology to improve this situation, integrating various functions such as real-time broadcast management, product management, order management, and customer management on the admin system, and has enhanced system security by subdividing administrator privileges.
It has also made it possible to expect swift and efficient operations by providing chat keywords, real-time results, and visitor count dashboards.
CJ OnStyle plans to accelerate the evolution of interactive technology and video replay technology to enhance the strength of real-time communication, which is a hallmark of mobile live commerce, this year.
