KYOCHON F&B, which operates Kyochon Chicken, announced on the 13th that it has consecutively released menus suitable for family gatherings. The offerings include a variety of items such as chicken, pairing beer, rice bowls, and side dishes.
According to KYOCHON F&B, last July Kyochon launched the new menu item "Kyochon Corn." It is characterized by a special sauce made from acacia honey, corn, and unsalted butter that enhances the rich sweetness of the corn. Additionally, instead of conventional seasoning, corn flakes made from corn are mixed on the surface of the chicken to maximize its unique texture. The options include "Kyochon Corn Whole Tender," made from 100% whole tender meat, "Kyochon Corn Tender," made from 100% boneless chicken, and "Kyochon Corn Original," which includes a whole chicken, allowing customers to choose their preferred cuts.
Another new item from Kyochon, the "Signature Jumbo Wing," features jumbo-sized wings coated with three signature sauces: Kyochon, honey garlic, and red. It is offered in a larger quantity, with 24 pieces compared to the previous jumbo wing series of 16 pieces.
There are also six types of Kyochon craft beer, which pair well with chicken. The beers include the "Traditional Line," comprising lagers and ales, including ▲Windy Hill Lager ▲Dark Night Pale Ale ▲Summer Night IPA ▲Moon Dance Golden Ale, and the "Special Line," which features unique styles, including ▲Moscato Sweet Ale ▲Sobin Blanc IPA.
For customers seeking a luxurious and hearty meal, Kyochon has also introduced the "Dadam Rice Bowl." Launched in November of last year, the Dadam Rice Bowl features grilled chicken thigh marinated in Kyochon's special secret sauce to enhance its flavor. The dish is made from 100% domestically sourced boneless chicken, aged for 24 hours to achieve enhanced tenderness. It comes in two flavors: soy sauce and spicy. It is served with K1 kimchi truffle hot sauce and purple radish, which heighten the dish's flavor.
