Emart noted on the 8th that during the advance reservation period for gift sets, which runs until the 15th, it has either frozen or lowered prices for existing popular sets compared to last year's Lunar New Year and has planned a variety of new value-for-money sets to ease the festive burden.

In particular, for the 'Korean beef' set, the advance reservation sale price has been frozen following last year's Lunar New Year and Chuseok celebrations, and the number of affordable Korean beef sets under 100,000 won has been increased.

High-quality Korean beef of grade 1 or higher is being rapidly frozen at Emart's own meat processing center, 'Meat Center,' in preparation for advance stock, increasing the discount rate by 10% compared to last year's Lunar New Year.

Emart will also increase the 'Korean beef marinated meat' sets, which have gained popularity as festive gifts due to their high quality and cooking convenience.

The fruit sets, using good-quality apples and Shine Muscat grapes, have had their prices lowered, and the dried persimmon set has been planned at an all-time low price. The price of the apple gift set has been reduced by 10% compared to last year's Lunar New Year, and Shine Muscat is currently available for pre-order at a 30% discounted price.

In the seafood section, new gift sets of mackerel and hairtail priced under 100,000 won have been planned to meet the demand for low-cost sets.
