Lotte Tourism Development announced on the 6th that the 'Grand Kitchen' at the Jeju Dream Tower complex resort Grand Hyatt Jeju will offer a dinner buffet price discounted by 30% from the previous rate, now at 99,000 won, starting this month.

According to Lotte Tourism Development, the dinner buffet price at Grand Kitchen is 140,000 won. Children under 5 can dine for free, while those aged 6 to 12 can enjoy the dinner buffet for half the adult price. The breakfast and lunch prices remain at 60,000 won and 68,000 won, respectively.

Grand Kitchen boasts the largest capacity in the country with 300 seats and has 30 chefs. It features 130 different dishes prepared across six stations: grill, seafood, Asian, dessert, cold, and bar. Chef Kim Young-min, who has 20 years of experience leading the top-rated buffet 'Wynn Palace' in Macau, is in charge.

At the grill station, dishes including beef, pork barbecue ribs, beer chicken, and tomahawk made from 제주산 pork, as well as lamb chops, will be grilled on the spot. The seafood station will showcase seasonal fish dishes from clean Jeju, and the dessert station will feature dishes embodying the flavors of Jeju, including omegi tteok.

A representative from Lotte Tourism Development noted, 'As the leading local company based in Jeju, we are providing an additional 10% discount benefit so that the residents of Jeju can enjoy it without burden. We want to offer a special experience of enjoying a premium buffet at a five-star hotel for around 90,000 won while maintaining quality.'
