According to Hansem, during a New Year's message sent to all employees, Kim noted, 'To become a brand that is loved and admired, we must enhance products and services that provide Hansem's unique and distinctive value, rather than simply lowering prices.'
To this end, Hansem plans to launch new products in the desk and kitchen categories, and to manualize the know-how of interior design and planning. This seems to be an extension of the achievements made last year by focusing on core products such as hotel beds, signature built-in wardrobes, and Euro kitchens.
In particular, the plan is to improve quality at all customer touchpoints, including product development, marketing, sales, construction, and customer service, to enhance customer experiences and reinforce the brand's desirability. Opportunities for collaboration with other corporations in various areas such as channels, products, and marketing are also sought to meet customer demands and strengthen market competitiveness. There are also plans to expand data-driven problem-solving capabilities and open partnerships.
Kim expressed gratitude to the employees for their dedication and enthusiasm that led to a significant profit turnaround compared to the previous year, even amid a challenging external environment. He also emphasized the quick improvement of various indicators as all employees participated in defining work principles and committing to raising the organization's moral standards.
Kim said, '2025 will be a more challenging year than ever, but there are still too many opportunities we haven't even tried, to blame the variables.' He added, 'If we join forces and implement the strategies we have prepared, we can create a Hansem that is even more admired.'
