On the 27th, Yanolja Group announced that its subsidiary Yanolja Platform and Interpark Tripple have merged to form the "NOL Universe." The NOL Universe plans to transform into a comprehensive platform that innovates everyday experiences beyond the leisure industry, including aviation, accommodation, packages, tickets, entertainment, community, and dining shopping.

The NOL Universe is set to be managed under a dual leadership system by Baebochan, CEO of Yanolja Platform, and Choi Huiyoung, CEO of Interpark Tripple. The name NOL Universe combines the first letter of "play" with "Universe," conveying the intention to offer limitless experiences.

Notably, it plans to provide a new level of user experience based on personalized artificial intelligence (AI) technology grounded in accumulated data, while serving as a channel for customers to communicate. The goal of the NOL Universe is to emerge as a major global travel platform through collaboration and competition with leading overseas online travel platforms.
