IPARK Hyundai Development Company said on the 11th it will open the model homes for Cheonan IPARK City complexes 3 and 4, to be built at 394-2 and 384-20, Budae-dong, Seobuk-gu, Cheonan, South Chungcheong Province, and begin the sales schedule.
Cheonan IPARK City complex 3 will have three basement levels to a maximum of 35 stories above ground, with general sales of 851 units sized 84–116 square meters out of a total of 896 apartments, and complex 4 will have two basement levels to a maximum of 35 stories above ground, with general sales of 777 units sized 84–116 square meters out of a total of 818 apartments. Combined, Cheonan IPARK City complexes 3 and 4 will supply a total of 1,628 units for general sale.
Applications will be accepted starting with special supply on Sept. 14, followed by first priority on the 15th and second priority on the 16th. Winners will be announced for complex 3 on Sept. 22 and for complex 4 on Sept. 23. The regular contract period will run for three days from Oct. 7 to Oct. 9. Move-in is scheduled for June 2029.
