The Mok-dong Yoonseul Xi officetel, offered for sale by GS Engineering & Construction in Mok-dong, Yangcheon District, Seoul, closed subscriptions with a top competition rate of 32 to 1.
According to the Korea Real Estate Board (REB) subscription portal on the 9th, 3,788 people applied for the Mok-dong Yoonseul Xi subscription held on the 8th for a total of 651 units.
Among them, Group 1 (115㎡A) posted a competition rate of 32 to 1 in the priority category for Seoul residents, Group 2 (114㎡B) recorded 20.3 to 1, and Group 3 (114㎡C) recorded 20.7 to 1.
Mok-dong Yoonseul Xi, to be built by GS Engineering & Construction, will rise on the former KT Mok-dong site with three buildings up to 48 stories above ground and six stories underground, totaling 651 units with exclusive areas of 114–203㎡. Winners will be announced on the 11th, with contracts to be signed over two days, the 13th–14th. Move-ins are scheduled for the second half of 2030.
A sales official said, "Expectations for Mok-dong's location and future changes, combined with the product features confirmed at the model home, led to strong subscriptions," adding, "With designs and community amenities tailored to family demand and additional financial benefits, we expect actual contracts to proceed smoothly."
