Real estate information platform Dabang said on the 8th that it launched a "foreigner-only section" and will expand housing search services for foreigners.
In Dabang's "foreigner-only section," listing information is translated in real time into more than 30 languages, including English, Vietnamese, Chinese, and Japanese. Foreign users can check key information needed for lease contracts—such as deposit, monthly rent, and maintenance fees—along with detailed listing information, in their preferred language.
A dedicated interface was also prepared with the convenience of foreign users in mind. Users can find desired listings by separating rentals and sales, and explore by setting key conditions such as dwelling type and the number of rooms and bathrooms. It also provides a function to explore residential information by region.
It also supports smooth communication with certified real estate agents. Considering foreign users' preference for email communication, it applied real-time translation to the email-based inquiry feature. Inquiries written by foreign users are translated in real time and delivered to certified agents, and the agents' replies are likewise translated into the users' languages. Through this, foreign users can directly ask and negotiate details of listings, possible move-in dates, and contract terms without separate translation or interpretation services. Certified real estate agents can also respond to foreign users' inquiries without separate foreign language skills.
A Dabang official said, "Through the foreigner-only section, we will create a convenient and safe real estate transaction environment so anyone can equally access the real estate information and services they need, regardless of nationality or language."
