Daewoo Engineering & Construction said on the 4th it opened the model home for Dujung Station Prugio Grand Peak, which it is supplying in Cheonan, South Chungcheong Province, and will begin its full-scale sales schedule.
Dujung Station Prugio Grand Peak is located at 511 Seongjeong-dong, Seobuk District, Cheonan, and consists of 10 buildings with 3 underground floors to 35 aboveground floors, totaling 1,438 households. Exclusive areas range from 59㎡ to 74㎡, 84㎡, 101㎡, and 114㎡.
The sale price is 14.85 million won per 3.3㎡, and applications will be accepted for special supply on the 14th, first-priority on the 15th, and second-priority on the 16th. Winners will be announced on Sept. 22, and the contract period runs for four days from Oct. 5 to Oct. 8.
First-priority application eligibility is open to anyone 19 or older residing in Cheonan, South Chungcheong, Daejeon, or Sejong, and both heads of household and household members may apply. Applicants must have held a subscription savings account for at least six months and meet deposit requirements by region and size. Restrictions on re-winning, resale limits, and mandatory move-in do not apply.
The complex offers conditions to enjoy both the living infrastructure of Cheonan's old downtown and the Dujung and Buldang living areas. Nearby are E-MART, Lotte Mart, Shinsegae Department Store, and Dankook University Hospital and other daily conveniences.
