In the Bucheon Daejang district in Gyeonggi, one of the third new towns, 548 public sale apartments are set to be supplied in Oct.
According to the housing sales industry on the 3rd, the consortium of LH and Namkwang Engineering & Construction will supply Bucheon Daejang Houstory Descent in block A-2 of the Bucheon Daejang public housing district.
The complex will consist of a total of 548 households with exclusive areas of 59, 74, and 84 square meters. LH and the Namkwang Engineering & Construction consortium will be the developers, and the Namkwang Engineering & Construction consortium will handle construction.
Daejang Station on the Daejang–Hongdae Line is planned to be built near the complex. The Daejang–Hongdae Line will run about 20.1 kilometers from Bucheon Daejang through Seoul's Gangseo and Yangcheon districts and Digital Media City (DMC) to Hongik Univ. Station, with the project aiming to open in 2031.
A plan is also being discussed for the GTX-D line of the metropolitan express railway the government is promoting to pass through Bucheon Daejang. A super BRT (S-BRT) connecting Bucheon Sports Complex Station and Gimpo Airport is also planned.
Self-sufficient facilities are also planned for the Bucheon Daejang district. In the Bucheon Daejang No. 1 urban high-tech industrial complex, SK Group and DN Solutions are pushing to establish research and development facilities.
SK Group plans to invest more than 1 trillion won on a site of about 137,000 square meters to build the SK Green Techno Campus. About 3,000 research and development personnel from affiliates such as SK Innovation are expected to work there.
DN Solutions is also investing 240 billion won on a site of about 14,334 square meters to build an advanced technology research and development center. The target completion is 2028.
Sites for kindergartens and elementary, middle, and high schools are planned around the complex, and a central commercial district and parks are also to be created.
Bucheon Daejang Houstory Descent is a public sale complex subject to price caps.
Earlier, in the Bucheon Yeokgok district, the Newlywed Hope Town Yeokgok District Houstory, which held its main subscription on Jul., received 5,608 applications for 570 households, posting an average competition rate of 9.8 to 1.
In the Bucheon Daejang district, the e-Pyeonhansesang Daejang Firstium A7 and A8 blocks supplied last year recorded competition rates of 121 to 1 and 137 to 1, respectively.
