Ssangyong E&C said on the 1st that it will begin sales of Ssangyong The Platinum Hangang in Yangseo-myeon, Yangpyeong County, Gyeonggi, in Oct.
The complex will have two underground floors to a maximum of 19 above-ground floors, six buildings, exclusive areas of 74–146 square meters, and a total of 333 households.
The complex is adjacent to Yangsu Station on the Gyeongui-Jungang Line. It takes 30 minutes from Yangsu Station to Wangsimni Station and Cheongnyangni Station in Seoul on the express train.
It also offers access to the Hanam living area. Large shopping facilities such as Starfield Hanam, Shinsegae Department Store, and E-MART Traders are a 15-minute drive away.
Yangsu Elementary School and Yangsu Middle School are in front of the complex. Yangseo High School, regarded as a prestigious school, is also within walking distance.
Ssangyong E&C will maximize openness with a design that offers a panoramic view of the Han River. It also plans to build community amenities such as a fitness center and an indoor golf practice range.
A sales official said, "Ssangyong The Platinum Hangang is located in a station area near Yangsu Station and offers views of both the South and North Han Rivers," adding, "We will do our utmost to make it a representative landmark."
