Korea Land & Housing Corporation (LH) is recruiting residents for 663 units in the Incheon Gyeyang A6 block, the third new town. The average sale price is set in the 500 million won to 700 million won range depending on the size.
LH said on the 31st it will issue a notice to recruit residents for the Incheon Gyeyang A6 block. This complex held an early subscription in September 2023.
By type, the supply is a total of 663 units: 529 units of 59 square meters exclusive area, 5 units of 69 square meters, 69 units of 74 square meters, 18 units of 77 square meters, and 42 units of 84 square meters. It consists of five floor plans and 13 types.
The average sale price is about 530 million won per unit for 59 square meters exclusive area and about 710 million won for 84 square meters. Winners are restricted from resale for three years. The requirement for actual occupancy does not apply.
Subscriptions for early-subscription winners will proceed first on the 17th to 18th of next month. General supply subscriptions run from Sept. 30 to Oct. 2. Winners will be announced in Oct., and contracts will be signed in Dec. Move-in is scheduled for June 2029.
The A6 block has access to the 수도권 제1순환고속도로 and the Incheon International Airport Expressway and is close to Parkchon Station on Incheon Subway Line 1. Expansion work on Gyeongmyeong-daero and Beolmal-ro is also underway.
Near the complex, sites are planned for a kindergarten, an elementary school, and a middle school. Within a five-minute walk, "Gyeyang Byeori," the central linear park of the Incheon Gyeyang district, will be built. The complex will also feature community facilities such as a fitness center, a daycare center, a care center, a small library, a party room, and an indoor playground.
LH will operate a housing exhibition hall in the Bucheondaejang district, Ojeong-gu, Bucheon, Gyeonggi, ahead of sales. It will first open to early-subscription winners on the 12th of next month and to general visitors from the 13th to the 16th.
