Shindonga Construction Co. said on the 31st that it won the contract for the "Pungnap Riverside Hyundai street housing maintenance project" in Pungnap-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul. At the members' general meeting on the 28th to select a contractor, Shindonga Construction Co. secured about 90% support and was finalized as the contractor.
The project will build two apartment buildings with 133 households and related welfare facilities from two floors underground to 20 floors above ground on a 5,165-square-meter site at 402, Hangaram-ro (Pungnap-dong), Songpa-gu, Seoul. The construction cost is about 53.9 billion won, with groundbreaking targeted for 2028. Shindonga Construction Co. plans to boost brand recognition through "Familie"-exclusive differentiated construction, including premium finishes, exterior design, and unit-level specialization.
