RealtyPlanet said on the 27th that it opened an SaaS-based "integrated management center" that lets building owners manage vacancies, listings, ads, and transaction progress for the assets they hold.
The integrated management center is available to both individuals and corporations. In addition to full building owners, sectional owners in multi-unit buildings and co-owners can use it, and when vacancies occur in held assets or a sale is needed, they can register the relevant asset as a listing and manage it.
The disclosure range for listings can be set to "public" and "private." Public listings are exposed externally through listing ads or premium deal ads after owner verification.
When a listing ad is registered, it is reflected on RealtyPlanet's "listing map," and if you use premium deal ads, it is also shown in the "deal information" menu.
It also offers collaboration features by asset, listing, and ad. Building owners can invite internal staff or family, brokers, attorneys, and tax accountants as members and set access permissions by asset, listing, and ad. Related documents such as contracts and review materials can also be shared.
Inquiry-to-transaction progress is managed on a step-by-step board. By distinguishing stages such as inquiry receipt, negotiation, and contract, users can check transaction status across multiple listings.
It also offers security features such as member-by-member permission settings and restrictions on specific internet protocol (IP) access. Licensed real estate agents can use these features as well. RealtyPlanet plans to add lease management features such as rent collection and arrears management and link artificial intelligence (AI) services.
Jeong Su-min, CEO of RealtyPlanet, said, "The integrated management center is a service that connects vacancy and listing management with ads, collaboration, document management, and transaction progress," adding, "We will continue to expand functions for managing held assets."
