HanmiGlobal, a corporations specializing in construction management (CM/PM), said on the 26th that it ranked sixth in the global CM/PM institutional sector of the "2026 ENR Top International Survey" released by ENR, a U.S. global construction trade journal. It is the highest ranking ever for a Korean corporations.
Founded in 1996, HanmiGlobal has expanded into 66 countries and carried out more than 3,300 projects. Last year, it also won numerous projects overseas, including an 87-story supertall residence in Mecca, Saudi Arabia, the Riyadh urban regeneration project, and the Kuwait Public Authority for Housing Welfare's apartment and infrastructure construction project.
As of last year, HanmiGlobal's consolidated CM/PM revenue at home and abroad was $255.8 million (about 354.7 billion won), ranking sixth among global CM/PM corporations by revenue. In the separate ranking by overseas revenue, it ranked ninth with $139.4 million (about 193.3 billion won).
A HanmiGlobal official said, "We will further accelerate our expansion into the global market and work to break into the global top five."
