This week, more than 5,000 new apartments across Korea are entering the supply race.
According to Real Estate 114, a total of 5,430 units will begin sales at 10 business sites nationwide in the fourth week of Aug. Of these, 3,649 units will be supplied to the general public.
Key areas slated for subscriptions include Ssangyong The Platinum Seodaemun in Hong-eun-dong, Seodaemun District, Seoul; Sangdong Station Lotte Castle Signature in Sang-dong, Bucheon, Gyeonggi; and Jeil Punggyeongchae Advanced District 3 in Wolchul-dong, Buk District, Gwangju.
During the same period, five locations will open model homes to welcome visitors. Brownstone Wolgok Central in Hawolgok-dong, Seongbuk District, Seoul; Seongnam Bokjeong 2 A1 Newlywed Hope Town in Sinheung-dong, Seongnam, Gyeonggi; and City Ocielle District 9 Ocean Park View in Hakik-dong, Michuhol District, Incheon are set to open.
By schedule, on the 24th, applications will be accepted for subscriptions such as Seongnam Geumto A4 Happy Housing, and contracts for Namyangju Wangsuk 2 A3 public sale will proceed. On the 25th, Sangdong Station Lotte Castle Signature, Ssangyong The Platinum Seodaemun, and Uiwang Station Hanshin The Hue will accept first-priority subscriptions. On the 27th and 28th, the model homes for City Ocielle District 9 in Hakik-dong and complexes in the Yeoju and Hawolgok-dong areas will open, kicking off their full-fledged sales schedules.
