IPARK Hyundai Development Company said on the 20th that it won a 245 billion won contract for the IPARK construction project in Jorye-dong, Suncheon, Jeonnam Gwangju Integrated Special City, on the 19th.
The project will build an 11-building apartment complex with four basement levels and 22 above-ground floors, totaling 683 households, at 60-16 Jorye-dong, Suncheon. Based on exclusive area, it will comprise 491 units of 84㎡, 144 units of 116㎡, and 48 units of 143㎡. Groundbreaking is scheduled for the end of this year, with completion targeted for the second half of 2029.
The site is close to Suncheon Station, served by KTX and SRT lines, and to the Dongsuncheon interchange (IC), making travel to other regions easy, and several industrial complexes are located nearby. School districts include Wangji Elementary School and Wangui Middle School, along with Suncheon Jeil Hospital and a large supermarket. Green spaces such as Wangui Mountain are also adjacent.
IPARK Hyundai Development Company has newly won orders this year for the Section 3 subgrade construction and other works of the Southern Inland Railroad construction project, Section 2 of the National Route 46 Gyeongchun Expressway road construction project, construction, electrical, and information and communications work for the Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance Ilsan office building, an expansion of the heavy ion therapy center at Asan Medical Center, and the Seongnam Taepyeong District 3 public-participation redevelopment and maintenance project. It is also targeting bids for Mok-dong District 11 and Gwangmyeong Haan Jugong Complexes 6 and 7.
