Kumho E&C said on the 19th that it had completed contracts for all 812 units of "Wangsuk Atera," supplied in the Wangsuk 2 District of Namyangju, Gyeonggi, after going through priority contracts and preliminary winner contracts conducted from the 10th to the 14th.
In general supply in May, 23,525 people applied for 223 units, posting an average competition rate of 105.5 to 1. The highest competition rate was 393.6 to 1. In special supply, 14,001 people applied for 131 units, posting an average competition rate of 106.9 to 1.
Wangsuk Atera is the first main subscription complex supplied in the Wangsuk 2 District of Namyangju and a private-participation public housing project subject to the price ceiling on sales. It will be built on Block A-1 of the Wangsuk 2 District in Namyangju City with seven buildings from two basement levels to 29 stories above ground, exclusive areas of 59, 74 and 84 square meters, for a total of 812 units, and the scheduled move-in is February 2029.
Within a 1-kilometer radius of the complex, a new 946 Station (tentative name; planned) is slated to open on the Gangdong-Hanam-Namyangju Line (Extension of Line 9) and the Gyeongui-Jungang Line. The Capital Region 1st Ring Expressway, the Northern Arterial Road, the Seoul–Yangyang Expressway, and the Sejong–Pocheon Expressway are also accessible.
