Fastfive said on the 18th that it was selected as the preferred bidder for the Kintex coworking office operations project.
Fastfive proposed an integrated operations plan covering everything from space planning to design and construction, tenant attraction, and facility management, based on coworking operations experience accumulated by running 60 locations in Seoul and the greater metropolitan area. It also proposed cross-usage leveraging its network of locations and space and operations plans that can respond to changes in demand from corporations.
Fastfive was selected as the preferred bidder through an open tender after a comprehensive assessment of its operating capabilities, space configuration, and revenue activation plans.
The project site is an exclusive area of about 890 square meters inside Kintex Tower in Ilsanseo-gu, Goyang, Gyeonggi Province. Kintex Station on the Great Train Express (GTX)-A line, exhibition and convention (MICE) facilities, and office facilities are nearby.
If a contract is signed, the company plans to build offices totaling 42 units. It plans to provide a variety of workspaces by designing the layout to be adjustable according to tenant demand.
Services linked to Kintex's exhibition and event infrastructure will also be operated. The plan is to connect exhibitions and events with corporations' work through meeting room and seminar room reservation services, meeting room credits for tenants and event customers, and short-term workspace programs for exhibitors, buyers, and organizers.
Through this project, Fastfive plans to expand its workspace network in the northwestern Seoul metropolitan area and respond to the ongoing work needs of local corporations and the short-term work needs of corporations participating in exhibitions and events.
