Sejong University's Graduate School of Industry, Department of Real Estate AI Convergence, said on the 14th it will hold a special lecture titled "The current status and future of urban public dwellings complex projects" at Gwanggaeto Hall on campus at 4 p.m. on the 22nd.
The lecture will be led by Lee Yong-ju, a Vice Administrator at the Metropolitan Area Maintenance Project Special Headquarters of the Korea Land & Housing Corporation (LH). The lecture will review the current progress and future development direction of urban dwelling supply policies promoted by the public sector and share practical experience and policy implications from urban public dwellings complex projects.
Lee, a Vice Administrator, is a field expert in charge of urban public dwellings complex projects at LH's Metropolitan Area Maintenance Project Special Headquarters. The talk will focus on changes in the government's urban dwelling supply policies, the promotion outcomes of urban public dwellings complex projects, key challenges and solutions in the project process, and future development directions for urban readjustment projects.
