WOOMI Construction Co. said on the 12th that Sejong Woomirin Center Park, supplied to S1 block in residential zone 5-2 of the Multifunctional Administrative City in Sejong Special Self-Governing City, completed first-priority subscriptions for all types.
According to Korea Real Estate Board (REB) Subscription Home, in the first-priority subscription received on the 11th for this establishment, 4,250 applications were filed for 240 households being recruited (excluding special supply). The average competition rate was 17.71 to 1, and the highest rate, 22.71 to 1, was for the exclusive 84㎡A type.
The project site, residential zone 5-2, is a "public facilities complex specialized area" designed to blend schools, parks, government offices, and housing into one. An elementary and middle school (planned), a kindergarten (planned), and a complex community center are planned near the complex, and a cultural park of about 37,000㎡ will also be created. The nearby BRT stop allows travel within the area, including to Government Sejong Complex.
A sales representative said, "Interest from buyers was high because this is a new apartment being supplied in Sejong City, where private presale supply has been scarce, and because of its child-friendly location and strong product appeal," and added, "With the strong support, we will develop it into a landmark complex representing the region."
