Korea Land & Housing Corporation (LH) said on the 7th it will issue a notice to recruit tenants for 290 households in the Newlywed Hope Town at the Siheung Geomo District A-5 block.
Siheung Geomo A-5 block is the first public sale complex within the Siheung Geomo District and is a mixed complex with a total of 435 households. Of these, 290 public sale households will be supplied this time. All units are a single 55㎡ layout, divided into four types.
As it is a Newlywed Hope Town, a daycare center and indoor and outdoor playgrounds will be built within the complex. Various resident-only facilities such as a fitness center, a small library, and a residents' café will also be provided.
The average pre-sale price for both 55A and 55B types is about 440 million won. There is a three-year resale restriction, but no requirement for actual occupancy.
In particular, if subscribers enroll in the exclusive mortgage product for Newlywed Hope Town (profit-sharing mortgage), they can borrow up to 70% of the housing supply price (up to 400 million won) for up to 30 years at an annual interest rate of 1.3%.
The Siheung Geomo District is a public housing site being developed in Geomo-dong and Gunja-dong, Siheung, Gyeonggi Province. About 1.52 million square meters are planned to supply 11,000 households.
Subscription applications will first be accepted on the 18th for winners of the advance subscription. General supply will then run from the 25th to the 26th. Winners are scheduled to be announced in Sep., and contracts will be concluded in Dec. Move-ins are scheduled for Nov. 2029.
