Kumho E&C said on the 5th that it won the contract to build apartment complexes on blocks A4 and A6 in Yeongjong Sky City, Incheon.
The project, ordered by SI Realty, will build apartments with two basement levels and 20 above-ground floors across eight buildings, totaling 703 households, on blocks A4 and A6 in Yeongjong Sky City, Incheon. Kumho E&C will be the sole builder, and the total construction cost is 214.9 billion won.
Block A4 will have four buildings with 335 households, and block A6 will have four buildings with 368 households. Both complexes will consist of a single 84㎡ exclusive-use layout, with three types—A, B, and C—applied.
Kumho E&C's residential brand Artera (ARTERA) will be applied to the complex. Groundbreaking is scheduled for Dec. 2026, with completion in June 2029.
All units will be oriented mainly southeast and southwest, and a curtain-wall look, glass railings, and specialized balcony designs will be applied. Water features and community facilities are also planned.
The site is located near Unseo Station on the Airport Railroad and Incheon Bridge on the Second Gyeongin Expressway. Nearby are Incheon Yunseul Elementary School, Yeongjong High School, Unseo Middle School, Incheon Science High School, and Incheon International High School, and residents can also use the Unseo Station commercial district and Lotte Mart.
Near the complex, a green corridor has been established connecting Yeongjong Sky City Neighborhood Park and Baegunsan.
