A mid-sized housing company will offer 4,623 apartments for sale nationwide next month.
The Korea Housing Builders Association said on the 31st that, after compiling August sale plans from member companies, 14 companies will supply a total of 4,623 dwellings at 14 business sites. That is down 2,926 dwellings (39%) from the previous month (7,549). Compared with the same month last year (4,048), it increased by 575 dwellings (14%).
By region, 1,495 dwellings will be offered in the greater Seoul area and 3,168 in non-capital regions. Gyeonggi Province will have the most with 1,285 dwellings, and Seoul will have 210. Incheon will have no offerings.
Among provinces, South Chungcheong has the most with 889 dwellings, followed by Ulsan with 700, North Chungcheong with 656, Daegu with 360, Gangwon with 302, Daejeon with 116, and Jeju with 105.
Looking at major offerings by complex: ▲ Cheoin District, Yongin, Gyeonggi Province, "Dongil Highvill Park Valley" (589 dwellings) ▲ Asan, South Chungcheong, "Asan Tech Valley The One Phase 7 Ab4 Block" (562 dwellings) ▲ Cheonan, South Chungcheong, "Cheonan Station Park Dream Recent" (267 dwellings).
