IPARK Hyundai Development Company said on the 30th that it tentatively tallied second-quarter revenue at 914.64 billion won and operating profit at 122.719 billion won. Compared with the same period a year earlier, revenue fell 21.4%, but operating profit rose 52.9%. The operating margin was 13.4%. It is the first time in five years that the company's quarterly operating profit has exceeded 100 billion won, since the second quarter of 2021 (104.862 billion won).
An IPARK Hyundai Development Company official said, "It has been about five years since operating profit reached the 100 billion won range," adding, "In particular, we continued profitability-focused growth, including posting a double-digit operating margin for two consecutive quarters." The official added, "In the second half, our own projects, including Seoul One IPARK, as well as large high-quality sites such as Cheonan IPARK City and Unjeong IPARK Forest, are expected to support stable results and extend the improvement trend."
