Namkwang Engineering & Construction said on the 24th that the Newlywed Hope Town "Yeokgok District Howstory," supplied in block A-2 of the Bucheon Yeokgok District in Bucheon, Gyeonggi Province, closed subscriptions for all dwelling types in the main application, recording an average competition rate of 9.8 to 1.
"Yeokgok District Howstory" will be built in block A-2 of the Bucheon Yeokgok public housing district with one basement level, two deck levels to 25 floors above ground, totaling 1,464 households. Of these, the public-sale Newlywed Hope Town accounts for 976 households, and the main application this time covered 570 households, including remaining units from preliminary subscription winners.
According to the Korea Land & Housing Corporation (LH) Cheongyak Plus, the main application held on the 22nd-23rd drew 5,608 applications for 570 final allocation units, posting an average competition rate of 9.8 to 1.
By type, the exclusive 55㎡A drew 2,513 applications for 165 units, marking the highest competition rate at 15.2 to 1. It was followed by ▲55㎡E at 10.2 to 1 ▲55㎡C at 8.8 to 1 ▲55㎡B at 5.0 to 1 ▲55㎡D at 4.4 to 1 ▲55㎡F at 3.5 to 1, with all dwelling types filling their quotas.
Despite being a Newlywed Hope Town, where applications are limited to newlyweds, engaged couples, and single-parent families, the subscription posted a high competition rate.
The complex offers access to Yeokgok Station on Subway Line 1 and Kkachiul Station on Line 7, and is also close to the Gyeongin Expressway and National Route 46.
The sale price for the exclusive 55㎡ units was set in the upper 400 million won to low 500 million won range. In addition, through the Newlywed Hope Town exclusive revenue-sharing mortgage, up to 400 million won can be borrowed at a fixed annual rate of 1.3%, with benefits including a maximum 70% LTV and exemption from the DSR.
Winners will be announced on Aug. 4, and document submission for winners will run from Aug. 17 to 23. The firm contract period is set for four days from Nov. 12 to 15.
