IPARK Hyundai Development Company is expanding its AI-based integrated solution services. By applying apartment safety management, Digital Healthcare, and robot services to living spaces, it is building IPARK's own smart residential environment.
A prime example is Park Roche Seoulwon, which applies digital-based healthcare and, with two buildings and 768 households, presents a new wellness residential model. IPARK Hyundai Development Company unveiled Park Roche Seoulwon through the Seoulwon project in Wolgye-dong, Nowon-gu, Seoul, on June.
Park Roche Seoulwon is a residential product directly owned and operated by IPARK Hyundai Development Company, allowing residents to enjoy a variety of premium residential services in the city center. In particular, it has established a life-care system that combines medical care, meals, community, and smart services. It also provides a range of services that link prevention, management, and follow-up care through premium healthcare programs.
The core system of Park Roche Seoulwon is a Digital Healthcare service that allows continuous health management within the living space. Residents can check their health status through the Asan Medical Center health screening center to be established within Seoulwon, and, if regular follow-up is needed after a checkup, they can use clinic services connected to outpatient care. An integrated healthcare system that provides services from health screening to prevention and follow-up management has been built within the complex.
By analyzing key health indicators such as heart rate, activity levels, and sleep data collected through wearable devices, systematic health management is possible, and non-contact sensors installed in each unit can detect early warning signs of issues such as falls or cardiovascular disease. If an emergency occurs, it can respond quickly by linking a 24-hour control center and an emergency alert function.
In addition, on-site nurses and wellness experts will be available 24 hours to provide personalized health management services. By comprehensively analyzing each resident's lifestyle patterns and health data, it supports personalized care that covers not only exercise but also diet and rest, and it also creates a prevention-focused health management environment with wellness yoga and therapy programs.
Park Roche Seoulwon also applies an AI Internet of Things (IoT)-based smart wellness system. The AI home assistant, an interactive wall pad installed in each unit, learns residents' living habits and health conditions to provide personalized services. It optimizes the indoor environment, including lighting, temperature, and humidity, and supports convenience features such as schedule reminders, service calls, and community facility reservations.
Through an app linked to the smart home, residents can check health status, receive abnormal condition alerts, and use caregiver notification services, as well as access medical service reservations and connected services.
Across the entire complex, an AI-based smart control system has been introduced to enhance safety and security. A robot delivery service to block external contaminants and strengthen hygiene in common areas is also planned, and a safety care service that notifies families when abnormalities occur based on heart rate and sleep data will be operated.
A variety of smart facilities will also be applied, including fingerprint-recognition door locks, smart switches linked to home IoT, an emergency call system, and biosignal monitoring sensors. In addition, a facial-recognition smart one-pass system builds a contactless access environment from the underground parking lot to each unit, securing both security and convenience.
