Korea Housing & Urban Guarantee Corporation (HUG) said on the 16th that it hired 69 additional senior counselors in collaboration with Korea Labor Force Development Institute for the aged (KORDI), following last year.
In March last year, the corporation signed a senior internship business agreement with Korea Labor Force Development Institute for the aged (KORDI) to create jobs for seniors and hired 79 senior counselors, and with this additional recruitment, it has recruited a total of 148 senior counselors.
The senior internship is a program that supports employment for people age 60 and older, in which Korea Labor Force Development Institute for the aged (KORDI) subsidizes labor costs for companies participating in the internship to encourage new and continued employment.
Korea Housing & Urban Guarantee Corporation (HUG) has assigned senior internship personnel to customer counseling duties to prevent customer inconvenience in advance caused by a shortage of counseling staff, and decided to deploy additional senior counselors to improve visiting customers' satisfaction with counseling. The senior counselors hired this time will be assigned for one year to 27 sales departments nationwide at the corporation to handle customer counseling related to guarantee enrollment, guarantee execution, debt repayment, jeonse damage, and Hearty Jeonse.
