Hogangnono, an apartment information platform operated by ZIGBANG CO., released the "Q2 2026 popular apartment rankings" on the 14th.
As of the second quarter, the complex with the highest number of unique visitors was "Dongtan Station Lotte Castle" in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi. About 170,000 people (170,374) visited. Analysts said interest was high as expectations grew for benefits from the semiconductor industry boom along with strong transportation and living infrastructure. In particular, as market attention intensified to the point that it was recently designated a regulated area, more users checked transaction and price trends.
No. 2 was "Jije Station Semiconductor Valley Punggyeongchae Urbanity." About 138,000 people (138,137) viewed it, and interest appears to have been driven by expectations for the creation of the Pyeongtaek semiconductor industry belt and its proximity to jobs.
No. 3 was "Summit The Hill" (108,433). Despite its Han River views and high listing price at the time of the May sale, many applicants rushed in. After an announcement on June 30 for a non-priority application on some remaining units, demand continued to recheck the listing price and supply volume, and it recorded high views through the end of the second quarter.
Nos. 4, 5, and 6 were "Helio City" (97,822), "Olympic Park Foreon" (86,305), and "Seongbok Station Lotte Castle Gold Town," respectively. All three are called landmark complexes representing their areas, and steady inflows of users seeking to check actual transaction prices and price trends appear to have kept interest high.
No. 7 was "La Classe Jade Pine." As the first general-sale complex in the Noryangjin New Town, it drew strong interest on expectations for its prime location and product appeal.
No. 8 was "Hillstate Yeongtong." As a representative complex in the Yeongtong living area, it appears to have seen steady interest from end users seeking to check actual transaction prices and market prices.
Nos. 9 and 10 were "Hwaseong Dongtan 2 District, Block C27" and "ACRO River Sky," respectively. Both are new-sale complexes, and as demand continued to check sale schedules and supply information, they made the rankings.
Kim Eun-seon, head of big data lab at ZIGBANG CO., said, "In the second quarter of 2026, interest rose sharply in complexes near industrial belts such as Dongtan and Pyeongtaek as expectations for expanded investment in the semiconductor industry were reflected."
Meanwhile, Hogangnono's "popular apartment rankings" are compiled based on the number of unique visitors to apartment complex information pages, and it announces comprehensive rankings of complexes nationwide each quarter. It also provides a variety of information, including transaction volume based on actual transaction reports, price increase and decrease rates, and interest by region.
