Hyundai Engineering & Construction said on the 11th that it will hold "THE H SHOWCASE," a pre-inspection event for residents, at THE H Bangbae, which is scheduled for move-in in September, through the 13th.
THE H Bangbae, being built in Bangbae-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul, will have 29 buildings from four floors underground to 33 floors above ground, with a total of 3,064 households.
At this event, programs will be offered so residents can experience the complex's spaces, community facilities, and residential services.
At THE H Bangbae, Hyundai Engineering & Construction's residential service platform "H Culture Club" will be applied for the first time. Residents can reserve and use programs in culture, arts, education, health, and hobbies through the dedicated application "my THE H."
The event will feature culture and arts programs linked with the Hyundai Department Store Culture Center, as well as H Cinema film screenings, a book cafe program, and a docent program by Seoul Auction Blue.
Residential products developed by Hyundai Engineering & Construction will also be showcased. Attendees can try "H Clean Farm," the sleep management service "Hey Sleep," the exercise platform "H Healthy Pleasure," the artificial intelligence (AI) learning management system "H Smart Study," and the mobile robot "Nano Mobility."
The complex includes community facilities such as a book cafe, the resident-only theater "H Cinema," and the pet facility "H With Pet," as well as "H Art Valley."
A Hyundai Engineering & Construction official said, "THE H Bangbae is a complex that operates residential spaces, services, and community together," adding, "we plan to continue offering diverse content through H Culture Club."
