Dongmun Construction will sell "Dongjak Central Dongmun The East" at 363-10, Sangdo-dong, Dongjak District, Seoul. The project has eight basement levels to a maximum of 29 above-ground floors, three buildings, exclusive areas of 46–62 square meters, and will offer 72 of the total 301 households for general sale.
IPARK Hyundai Development plans to sell "Chuncheon Riverview IPARK" at 883, Janghak-ri, Chuncheon, Gangwon. The complex will have two basement levels to a maximum of 27 above-ground floors, two buildings, exclusive areas of 59 and 84 square meters, totaling 262 households.
