Korea Housing & Urban Guarantee Corporation (HUG) said on the 7th that it conducted a safety inspection at the "Gyeongbo Centrian 3rd" guarantee-execution business site in Sasang District, Busan, on the 6th to prevent safety accidents during the summer rainy season.
After a guarantee accident occurred when the developer abandoned the project, the remaining construction is scheduled to resume within this month. This safety inspection was carried out as part of on-site management to faithfully fulfill the corporation's guarantee responsibility for presale contract holders through construction site oversight.
Choi In-ho, president of Korea Housing & Urban Guarantee Corporation (HUG), checked the condition of flood prevention facilities in preparation for heavy summer rains and typhoons and inspected the distribution panel to prevent electric leakage accidents.
Choi said, "HUG will do its part to ensure that prospective residents can move into their new homes as soon as possible through swift guarantee execution."
Meanwhile, the corporation plans to conduct summer safety inspections on 13 guarantee-execution business sites nationwide, including this Busan business site.
