About 37,000 households are set to go on sale nationwide this month. According to Real Estate R114 on the 2nd, apartments scheduled for sale nationwide in July number 56 complexes, totaling 37,647 households (including rentals). In particular, more than 20,000 units are slated to be supplied in Gyeonggi alone, so more than half of July's nationwide supply is expected to be concentrated in the Gyeonggi area.
In the Seoul metropolitan area, a total of 33 complexes with 24,848 households are about to go on sale. Gyeonggi has 21,070 households scheduled, including 7,112 public-sale apartments supplied in Seongnam, Goyang, and Siheung; large-complex subscriptions are planned such as "Hangang Prugio Riverfront (2,432 households)" in Gochon-eup, Gimpo; "Sangdong Station Lotte Castle (1,859 households)" in Sang-dong, Bucheon; and "Uiwang Station SK View (1,857 households)" in Sam-dong, Uiwang.
In Incheon, one complex, "City OCL District 9 (2,013 households)" in Hakik-dong, Michuhol-gu, is about to go on sale. In Seoul, interest from prospective applicants is expected to be high, mainly for redevelopment complexes such as "Summit Clavion (812 households)" in Singil-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu; "Wolgye Jungheung S-Class Riviere (355 households)" in Wolgye-dong, Nowon-gu; and "Jungnang Station Raon Prive Centro (176 households)" in Junghwa-dong, Jungnang-gu.
In the provinces, a total of 23 locations with 12,799 households begin their sale schedules. ▲Gyeongnam (6,306 households) ▲Busan (1,859 households) ▲South Chungcheong (1,330 households) ▲Gangwon (938 households) ▲Daegu (746 households) have the most supply in that order. Major complexes going on sale include "Changwon Hanshin The Hue Megacentum (2,106 households)" in Hoeweon-dong, Changwon, Gyeongnam, and "Centreville Asterium Geoje (1,307 households)" in Sangdong-dong, Geoje; "South Chungcheong Naepo New Town Daebang Elium (882 households)" in Sapgyo-eup, Yesan-gun, South Chungcheong, and "Eopseong Prugio Lake City (448 households)" in Eopseong-dong, Cheonan; and "Chuncheon Riverview I'Park (262 households)" in Dong-myeon, Chuncheon, Gangwon.
