Korea Real Estate Investment & Trust Co. (KOREIT) has been designated as the project implementer for the Sindebang Samgeori station area activation project in Dongjak District, Seoul.
Korea Real Estate Investment & Trust Co. (KOREIT) said on the 2nd that it received a public notice from Dongjak District designating it as the project implementer for the Sindebang Samgeori station area activation project around 393-66 Daebang-dong, Dongjak District, Seoul.
The project site is adjacent to Sindebang Samgeori Station on Seoul Subway Line 7, and through integrated deliberation, a plan to directly connect the complex's underground levels with the station building will be pursued.
The project area centers on 393-66 Daebang-dong, and once development is complete, a residential complex with up to 39 floors and 792 households will be built. The zoning will also be upgraded from the current Type 2 and Type 3 general residential zones to quasi-residential and neighborhood commercial zones, pushing forward a mixed-use development that combines residential and commercial functions.
Nearby are Daerim Elementary School, Seongnam Middle School, and Seongnam High School, and the area also has living infrastructure such as Boramae Hospital, large discount stores, and department stores.
The project site is linked to surrounding development projects such as the Noryangjin redevelopment promotion zone and the Moa Town initiative, raising expectations for improvements to the area's residential environment.
A Korea Real Estate Investment & Trust Co. (KOREIT) official said, "We plan to push the project forward with a sense of speed while carrying out follow-up procedures transparently and stably."
The Sindebang Samgeori station area activation project preparation committee and Korea Real Estate Investment & Trust Co. (KOREIT) plan to proceed next year with procedures including approval of the project implementation plan, selection of a construction company, and approval of the management and disposal plan through integrated deliberation.
