Among high-end apartments, the most preferred brand was LEEL by Lotte Construction. Real Estate R114 said on the 29th that LEEL by Lotte Construction ranked No. 1 among 10 domestic high-end brands in its High-end Apartment Brand Preference Survey.
The survey was conducted on 3,849 people nationwide from the 19th to the 26th. In this survey, 58.4% of all respondents (multiple responses allowed) said they preferred LEEL the most.
LEEL received broad support regardless of individual conditions such as gender, age, and region, and also posted consistently high scores in key items such as awareness, favorability, and willingness to live. In addition, among 24 major high-end apartments that moved in or went on sale over the past two years, Cheongdam LEEL was selected as the No. 1 complex in the survey on the "most luxurious image."
Meanwhile, in response to a question about the necessary conditions to qualify as a high-end brand (multiple responses allowed), "premium location (69.5%)" ranked first, followed by ▲ "high-end community facilities" (61.0%) ▲ differentiated exterior/architectural design (55.0%) ▲ privacy-assured design (35.9%) ▲ brand uniqueness and image (33.8%).
The margin of error for this survey is ±1.58 percentage points at a 95% confidence level.
