Hoban Construction said on the 29th it plans to begin sales in July for Hoban Summit Pungmu III in the Gimpo Pungmu Station area B4 block in Gyeonggi Province.
The complex will be built at 458, Sau-dong, Gimpo, Gyeonggi, with two basement levels to 29 above-ground floors, exclusive areas of 59 and 84 square meters, and a total of 660 households. By exclusive area, it will consist of ▲59㎡A 130 households ▲59㎡B 108 households ▲84㎡A 178 households ▲84㎡B 103 households ▲84㎡C 65 households ▲84㎡D 76 households, and the price ceiling system will apply.
Hoban Summit Pungmu III is the last apartment supply in the Gimpo Pungmu Station area and, together with the previously supplied B5 and C5 blocks, will form a Hoban Summit brand town with a total of 2,675 households.
The Gimpo Pungmu Station area is an urban development project to create residential, commercial, office, medical, and educational facilities on a site of about 880,000 square meters around Gimpo Gold Line Pungmu Station.
The B4 block where the complex will be built is adjacent to an elementary school site and kindergarten and middle school sites, and a safe school route about 300 meters long with CCTV and emergency bells is planned between the B4 and B5 blocks.
For transportation, residents can walk to Gimpo Gold Line Pungmu Station, and the preliminary feasibility study has been cleared for the extension of Seoul Subway Line 5 to Gimpo and Geomdan. Gimpo Hangang-ro and Gimpo-daero are also accessible, and road network expansion such as Punggok IC (scheduled for 2026) and Yeongsajeong IC (targeting 2028) is underway.
As for living infrastructure, residents can use E-MART Traders Gimpo, Homeplus Co., and CGV, and Gyeyangcheon Riverside Park and Seonsu Park are nearby. Inha University Gimpo Medical Campus is being promoted with groundbreaking targeted for 2028 near the complex.
The complex plans to allocate 40.14% of the site area to landscaping and has secured about 1.45 parking spaces per household. Community facilities such as a kids' café, fitness center, indoor golf practice range, daycare, and small library are planned, and smart residential services such as a smart play zone, Kyobo Book Centre e-library, smart remote health management, and the integrated complex platform Hoban ON will also be applied.
A sales official said, "Hoban Summit Pungmu III is the last supply complex in the Gimpo Pungmu Station area," adding, "Given its location near educational facilities and specialized design, interest from end users is expected."
