DL E&C was finally selected as the Sigongsa for the reconstruction of Mok-dong Complex 6. It was chosen as the contractor for the reconstruction project, which has a total construction cost of 1.3 trillion won.
DL E&C said on the 27th that it secured Sigongsa status by winning 86.2% (1,032 votes) of the total 1,196 votes at the Mok-dong Complex 6 reconstruction union's Sigongsa selection general meeting held at Yangjeong High School in Yangcheon-gu, Seoul.
Mok-dong Complex 6 will push ahead with reconstruction to build 14 buildings with up to 49 floors above ground and two floors underground, totaling 2,173 households (based on the union's original design). The construction cost is 1.2868 trillion won.
DL E&C proposed "ACRO Mok-dong Regency" as the complex name to the reconstruction union and submitted a sole bid. After being selected as the preferred negotiation partner, it was finally chosen as the Sigongsa on the day. ACRO is DL E&C's high-end brand, and the complex name reflects an aim to become a symbol that opens a new era while underscoring Mok-dong's value.
A DL E&C official said, "We will complete a symbolic landmark that leads Mok-dong's future value, based on global design capabilities and a residential philosophy befitting the title of the first ACRO in Mok-dong."
