A new apartment complex, "Iksan Pellipia," will be supplied in Palbong-dong, Iksan, North Jeolla.
According to Seum General Construction on the 25th, the model home for "Iksan Pellipia," located in Palbong-dong, Iksan, opens from this day.
Iksan Pellipia will consist of two basement levels to 28 above-ground floors, exclusive use areas of 84 and 104 square meters, and a total of 572 households. The number of units by exclusive area is ▲84㎡A 94 households ▲84㎡B 289 households ▲84㎡C 110 households ▲104㎡ 79 households.
In the Palbong-dong area where the complex will be built, the first Costco in the Honam region, the Iksan branch, is being pursued with a goal of opening next year. There are also existing large retail facilities nearby.
The complex is adjacent to Iksan Second General Industrial Complex, Iksan First National Industrial Complex, National Food Cluster, and Wanju Technovalley. The second-phase project for the National Food Cluster is also planned.
For transportation, it connects to Muwang-ro and Seonhwa-ro. Through the Iksan IC, residents can use the Honam Expressway and the Iksan–Pohang Expressway. Educational facilities include Palbong Elementary School, Wonkwang Middle School, and Wonkwang High School.
Iksan Pellipia features building orientations centered on the south and a four-bay flat-plate layout. Some units will have two pantries, two dressing rooms, an alpha room, and balconies.
Community facilities will include a golf practice range, fitness club, GX room, study room, and small library. A guest house for visitors and a "Together Care Center" offering after-school care will also be established.
Iksan Pellipia will be offered through a first-come, first-served building and unit designation contract method, allowing buyers to select their preferred building and unit number without a separate subscription process.
