POSCO E&C said on the 25th it will open the model home for The Sharp Geomdan Lake Park, supplied in Geomdan New Town in Incheon, on the 18th and begin sales.
The complex will be built on blocks 22 and 23 in Geomdan New Town, Incheon, with 26 buildings from three floors underground to 29 floors above ground, exclusive areas of 59 and 84 square meters, and a total of 2,857 units. It is a private housing project subject to the price cap system and the first The Sharp brand complex to debut in Geomdan New Town.
With layouts centered on small and mid-sized units, the complex reflects end-user housing demand. About 46.8% of all units are 59-square-meter types, and pricing starts in the 400 million won range, securing price competitiveness.
Situated at the core of the Geomdan New Town Work-life Balance Village, the complex offers a self-sufficient residential environment that combines parks with living and office facilities. In a waterfront location next to the planned Central Lake Park site and Najinpocheon stream, residents can enjoy both a pleasant residential environment and water views.
