Kumho E&C said on the 24th that it will sell Wangsuk Athera, a private-participation public sale apartment supplied in block A-1 of Wangsuk 2 District in Namyangju, Gyeonggi.
Wangsuk Athera is the first main subscription complex supplied in the third new town's Namyangju Wangsuk 2 District. It is a private-participation public sale apartment subject to the price ceiling system.
Wangsuk Athera will rise in block A-1 of Wangsuk 2 District, Namyangju, Gyeonggi Province, with 7 buildings from two basement levels to 29 above-ground floors, exclusive areas of 59, 74 and 84 square meters, and a total of 812 households. By type, there are ▲59㎡A 350 households ▲59㎡B 188 households ▲74㎡ 73 households ▲84㎡ 201 households.
Namyangju Wangsuk 2 District, where Wangsuk Athera will be built, is a third new town created across Ilpae-dong and Ipae-dong in Namyangju, Gyeonggi Province. It is a new town with a planned supply of about 16,000 dwellings.
Within a 1-kilometer radius of the complex, the tentative 946 Station is scheduled to be newly established, where a planned line of the Gangdong–Hanam–Namyangju Line (extension of Line 9) and a new Gyeongui–Jungang Line station are planned.
The planned Gangdong–Hanam–Namyangju Line (extension of Line 9) is a metropolitan railroad project that runs from Bohun Hospital Station in Gangdong District, Seoul, through Hanam to Wangsuk and Wangsuk 2 District in Namyangju. Once the line opens, accessibility from Wangsuk 2 District to Gangdong, Songpa and the Gangnam area is expected to improve.
Wangsuk Athera will comprise a total of 812 households with exclusive areas of 59, 74 and 84 square meters. The lineup focuses on small and medium-sized units favored by end users.
The contract for successful applicants will run Aug. 10–14. Move-in is scheduled for February 2029.
