The construction division of Samsung C&T won the construction contract for the reconstruction of "Gaepo Woosung 4th" in Dogok-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
On the 21st, according to the maintenance industry, the Gaepo Woosung 4th reconstruction association held a general meeting the day before and passed the agenda to select Samsung C&T as the contractor.
The project will build six buildings with four basement levels and 49 above-ground floors, totaling 1,045 households, around 465 Dogok-dong, with construction costs of about 814.5 billion won.
The complex is a three-minute walk from Maebong Station on Subway Line 3 and offers excellent access to school districts such as Guryong Elementary School, Daechi Middle School, Sookmyung Girls' Middle School, and Sookmyung Girls' High School, as well as the Daechi-dong hagwon district. It also has living infrastructure such as Yangjaecheon, Maebongsan, and Gangnam Severance Hospital.
Samsung C&T proposed "Raemian Dogok Palace" as the complex name. It reflects the intention to carry on the prestige of the high-end Dogok-dong complex "Tower Palace" and complete a new signature complex in the area.
