In the Seoul metropolitan area, large complexes such as "Bukosan Xi The Foret" in Osan, Gyeonggi (1,517 households) and "The Sharp Geomdan Lake Park (AB22·23BL)" in Seo District, Incheon (2,857 households) are set to open subscriptions. "Godeok International New Town Sujin HausD" in Pyeongtaek (403 households) is also set to be supplied.
As for regional supply, "Hillstate Yangsan The Sky Complexes 1 and 2" in Yangsan, South Gyeongsang (598 households) and "Inje Seohwa Senior Welfare Housing" in Inje County, Gangwon (permanent and national rental, 70 households) will begin their subscription schedules.
Model house (sample house) openings are scheduled at four locations, including "Penta Hills W Complex 1" and "Gimhae Sinmun Central IPark." Winners will be announced at eight locations, and firm contracts will be carried out at 11 locations, including "Hillstate Siheung The Class" and "Hoban Summit Yangjae."
