Samsung C&T Construction Division was selected as the Sigongsa for the reconstruction of the Bangbae Sinsamho apartment complex in Seocho District, Seoul.
According to the maintenance industry on the 14th, the Bangbae Sinsamho reconstruction association passed a proposal at a general meeting held the previous day to finalize Samsung C&T as the Sigongsa. Earlier, on Jan. 28, the association selected Samsung C&T as the preferred negotiation partner.
The Bangbae Sinsamho reconstruction project will develop seven buildings with five basement levels to 41 above-ground floors, totaling 928 households and neighborhood living facilities, on a 44,106-square-meter site at 725 Bangbae-dong, Seocho District, Seoul. The construction cost is about 653.8 billion won.
The new complex name proposed by Samsung C&T is "Raemian Reperium (RAEMIAN REPERIUM)."
Im Cheol-jin, executive director and head of dwellings sales at Samsung C&T, said, "We will maximize the symbolism and future value befitting the status of the original affluent district and develop it into a landmark complex representing the area."
