SK ecoplant said on the 12th that it will hire junior talent for high-tech fields such as semiconductor infrastructure and artificial intelligence (AI) data centers. Junior Talent is SK ecoplant's hiring track for new members, open to applicants from those with a bachelor's degree or higher (including those expected to graduate) to experienced candidates with less than three years of practical experience. Up to two years of prior practical experience will be recognized.
The recruitment areas are ▲ semiconductor plant design ▲ semiconductor plant construction, for a total headcount in the double digits. Applications will be accepted through the 28th. Details by field and applications are available on SK Group's integrated recruitment platform "SK Careers." The process includes a document screening, an aptitude test (SKCT), and interviews, and those selected will join the company in September this year.
SK ecoplant is accelerating talent acquisition to strengthen its business competitiveness in the AI infrastructure institutional sector. In May, it also recruited experienced professionals across all areas of the semiconductor business, including design, construction, and project management. Recruitment for experienced hires in semiconductor technology to be assigned to a subsidiary is also underway through the 14th of this month.
An SK ecoplant official said, "We plan to strengthen on-site execution and future growth capabilities at the same time by securing both experienced talent with project execution experience and new members with growth potential."
