The consortium led by WOOMI Construction Co. said on the 12th that Pyeongtaek Godeok WOOMILIN Prestige, which it is supplying, will proceed with its subscription schedule.
The complex is located in block Abc-36 of the Godeok Internationalization Planning District in Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi Province, and will consist of 11 buildings with two basement levels to 20 floors above ground, totaling 743 units with exclusive areas of 84, 94, 101, and 111 square meters.
Subscriptions will proceed in the order of special supply, first priority, and second priority, with the winner announcement and firm contract schedules also planned. The price cap system applies, and first-priority subscriptions can be submitted nationwide regardless of residence if the subscription account enrollment period and deposit requirements are met.
The Godeok Internationalization Planning District, where the complex will be built, is being developed as a residential area supporting the Samsung Electronics Pyeongtaek Campus. Within the district, the transfer of Pyeongtaek City Hall and the city council is planned, and an international school, cultural and administrative facilities, and commercial facilities are also planned.
For the education environment, sites for an elementary school and a middle school are planned near the complex, and green spaces such as Munhwa Park and Hambaksan Central Park are also adjacent.
In terms of transportation, SRT Pyeongtaek Jije Station and Seoul Metropolitan Subway Line No. 1 are accessible, and wide-area travel is possible via the Pyeongtaek Godeok IC. Expansion of additional transport networks such as KTX originating from Suwon, GTX extension, and the bus rapid transit (BRT) system is also being pursued.
The complex is designed mainly with 4-bay slab-type layouts, and open balconies will be applied to some units. It adopts a south-facing orientation and an underground parking design, and community facilities such as a fitness club, indoor golf practice range, indoor table tennis room, study room, and small library are also planned. In addition, Samsung C&T's home platform "HomeNIC" will be applied.
